Customer Service • Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained. • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues. • Training staff on effective customer service techniques Sales and Revenue • Implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. • Achieving Monthly Revenue and segment wise targets. • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance. • Submitting daily reports as per the guidelines Inventory Management • Managing inventory levels to meet customer demand. • Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies. • Ordering and restocking merchandise as needed. Visual Merchandising • Ensuring that the store layout and displays are visually appealing. • Implementing merchandising strategies to boost sales. • Changing displays regularly to showcase new products. Security and Safety • Implementing and enforcing security and safety protocols. • Conducting regular safety inspections. • Addressing any security or safety concerns promptly. Communication • Communicating effectively with both staff and upper management. • Keeping staff informed about company policies and updates. • Providing regular reports on store performance.
