International Export Manager

The International Export Manager in the gloves industry is responsible for expanding global market share and managing the end-to-end supply chain for exported goods. This role bridges the gap between domestic production and international buyers, ensuring that products like nitrile, latex, gloves reach global markets efficiently. Core Responsibilities • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in key regions (e.g., EU, USA, Asia) by researching healthcare or industrial trends. • Compliance Management: Ensure products meet international standards (e.g., CE, FDA, ISO) and strictly adhere to export control laws and customs regulations. • Documentation & Logistics: Oversee the preparation of critical documents, including: • Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin. • Letters of Credit (LC) and bank negotiation documents. • Specific health or quality certificates required for medical-grade gloves. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with international distributors, agents, and direct buyers. • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery. • Financial Oversight: Manage export pricing strategies, monitor forex fluctuations, and ensure prompt payment realization through secure trade finance instruments.
