Manager – Accounts & Finance - CA Inter / CA Drop Out

We are urgently hiring a CA Inter or CA Drop Out Candidate who have 3-4 yrs. experience in MNC for below mentioned profile - To review and manage financial accounting, Compliance and MIS with below mentioned JD- Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management & Planning • Review and monitor Day to Day Accounting and Month end Closing Activity. • Maintain accurate accounting records of all project • Monitor billing, revenue recognition, and expense booking as per accounting standards. • Oversee preparation and submission of client invoices. 2. Statutory Compliance & Audit • Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws. • Assist in internal and external audits and provide required information. • Maintain proper documentation for tax assessments and audits. 3. MIS & Reporting • Prepare periodic MIS reports – cash flow, fund utilization, debtors ageing, project profitability reports. • Provide financial insights and support for decision-making and cost optimization. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of accounting, monthly closing activity and statutory compliances. • Familiarity with accounting standards (IND-AS), GST, and TDS • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong reporting skills • Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams Qualifications & Experience: • Education: CA (Intermediate)or CA Drop Out with B Com / M. Com • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in accounting, monthly closing activity and statutory compliances.
