HR Recruiter Specialist

Job Title: HR Recruiter Specialist Location: Phase 1 Vatva, Ahmedabad (Near Maninagar & Jashodanagar CTM) Experience: Minimum 1 year Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to oversee end to end recruitment for white collar positions across various locations in India. This role demands excellent sourcing abilities, effective stakeholder coordination and a strong ability to close positions promptly. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle for white collar roles across PAN India. • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. • Screen candidate profiles, conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate fitment. • Draft job descriptions based on role specifications and organisation requirements. • Prepare and release offer letters, handle salary negotiations, coordinate joining formalities and induction process. • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Prepare HR related audit documents and support internal and external audit processes by organizing and verifying required documentation. • Coordinate and participate in industrial visits for university students, provide insights of organizational processes and career opportunities. • Organize company events, festivals and annual meet ups to foster a vibrant workplace culture. • Coordinate campus placement and recruitment events to attract fresh talent. • Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
