Junior HR + IT Recruitment Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Location: Indore Roles & Responsibilities • Assist in sourcing candidates for IT and non-IT positions via job portals, social media, and referrals • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, joining, and offer letters • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database • Assist in employee onboarding and documentation • Support HR operations like attendance, leave management, and record maintenance • Coordinate with clients regarding recruitment requirements Job Types: Permanent, Internship Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time • Paid time off Work Location: In person
