Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Intern – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition. The Sales Intern will support the team in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in client acquisition processes. Responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining client databases, establishing initial contact with prospects, organizing meetings, and assisting with sales presentations. The intern will also have the opportunity to collaborate with team leaders, participate in training sessions, and contribute to innovative sales strategies. Qualifications • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to foster effective interactions with clients and team members. • Basic knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to assist in generating leads and acquiring new clients. • Ability to participate in Training sessions to learn and apply advanced techniques for client engagement and lead conversion. • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment. • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus. • Familiarity with influencer marketing or creative industries is an added advantage.
