Fabric Outsourcing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Outsourcing Manager to oversee the sourcing, procurement, and management of fabric suppliers. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery while building strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities • Identify, evaluate, and select fabric suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors. • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international fabric suppliers. • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to meet material specifications and requirements. • Manage procurement budgets and optimize sourcing strategies. • Ensure compliance with company standards, quality checks, and legal regulations. • Track market trends, availability, and pricing of fabrics to inform sourcing decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Business, or a related field. • 5–10 years of experience in fabric sourcing, procurement, or textile management. • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills. • Knowledge of fabric types, quality standards, and textile industry practices. • Ability to analyze costs, optimize sourcing strategies, and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems related to procurement.
