SEO & PPC Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives. This role involves managing both organic search strategies and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with search engine optimization and paid media platforms, along with a strong understanding of data analysis and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities SEO Responsibilities • Conduct website audits to identify technical and on-page SEO opportunities • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and structured data • Address technical SEO elements including indexing, crawl issues, and site performance • Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies • Improve organic search visibility and website traffic • Monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools • Prepare regular performance reports and insights PPC Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) • Manage paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) • Set up and optimize conversion tracking • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages • Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and cost efficiency • Manage remarketing strategies • Prepare regular performance reports Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in SEO and PPC campaign management • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager • Understanding of search engine ranking factors and paid advertising best practices • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong communication and reporting skills Additional Information • Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications • Candidates may be asked to provide examples of past work or campaign results • We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace How to Apply • Please submit your updated resume along with any relevant portfolio or work samples.
