Export Sales Coordinator

Position: Assistant Export Manager Location: Indore – Head Office Reporting to: Senior Management / Director Exports Qualification: Graduate degree in Marketing, Sales, IB, or a related field Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience The Assistant Export Manager will support and manage key export functions of the manufacturing business while actively contributing to business expansion in international markets. The role includes coordination for overseas travel, brand promotion, export business development, and cross-functional alignment to ensure efficient export operations. Export Sales & Market Expansion: • Execute sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets. • Identify and sign new international markets and distributors to increase global presence. • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities in untapped regions. Client Relationship Management: • Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients to ensure a high repeat order rate. • Address client queries and provide excellent service to maintain long-term business partnerships. Financial & Payment Management: • Manage the payment lifecycle to ensure zero discrepancies in receiving payments from customers. • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure all financial documentation (Bank collections) is accurate. Operational Coordination & Logistics: • Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure product availability according to export orders. • Supervise and ensure the timely dispatch of containers to meet delivery deadlines. Reporting & Documentation: • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to the management team. • Maintain comprehensive records of export shipments, lead tracking, and market feedback. Value addition through this position/ role: • Enhance the company’s presence worldwide (by promoting Incense/Agarbatti – Dhoop - Pooja Products, Heena-based Products, Candles, Personal Care, confectioneries/ Gourmet Food Products) • Open new markets and introduce new customers • Support all business development activities in existing markets/ new targeted countries/ continents.
