Position Summary<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
Responsible for the effective management of specific non -clinical and support functions
<\/div>
critical to hospital operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality service delivery.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/div>
• Operations Management
<\/div>
<\/div>
Oversee the operations for following functions of the hospital and ensure smooth functioning:
<\/div>
• Human Resources (HR): Recruitment, policy implementation, training, and
<\/div>
employee welfare.
<\/div>
• Medical Records Department (MRD): Accurate and secure patient record
<\/div>
management, legal compliance.
<\/div>
• Maintenance: Building infrastructure, utilities, and biomedical equipment upkeep.
<\/div>
• Stores & Inventory: Procurement, stock control, vendor management.
<\/div>
• Security: Personnel supervision, CCTV monitoring, access control, and asset safety.
<\/div>
• Gardening & Landscaping: Maintenance of hospital grounds and green spaces.
<\/div>
• Transport: Ambulance fleet management.
<\/div>
• Laundry Services: Linen supply, washing, and disinfection processes.
<\/div>
• Information Technology (IT): HIS management, system maintenance, and data
<\/div>
security.
<\/div>
• Fire Safety: Compliance, equipment maintenance, and safety drills.
<\/div>
• Housekeeping: Hygiene, sanitation, and waste management.
<\/div>
• Radiology: Operational coordination, compliance with standard norms, and
<\/div>
equipment upkeep.
<\/div>
<\/div>
2. Compliance & Quality<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Ensure each department complies with statutory norms and hospital policies.
<\/div>
• Maintain updated licenses, certifications, and departmental records.
<\/div>
• Support accreditation and quality improvement processes.
<\/div>
<\/div>
3. Financial & Resource Management<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
<\/div>
• Implement cost -control measures while maintaining service standards.
<\/div>
<\/div>
4. People Management<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Lead, train, and evaluate staff in the above departments.
<\/div>
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
<\/div>
Qualifications & Experience
<\/div>
• Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) / Healthcare Management / MBA in
<\/div>
Healthcare.
<\/div>
• Minimum 3–4 years of administrative experience in a hospital setting.
<\/div>
• Familiarity with NABH accreditation preferred.
<\/div>
Skills Required

• Leadership and organisational skills.
<\/div>
• Strong communication and coordination ability.
<\/div>
• Proficiency in HIS, MS Office, and operational systems.
