Position summary: As a process associate you will be engaged in performing back-end operations of US Mortgage domain. This role requires candidates with robust communication and critical thinking ability Responsibilities: • Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs • Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements (E.g., Documents review, Indexing, etc.) • Achieve / Exceed KPIs (Productivity, Quality, etc.) as defined Qualification & Core Competencies: • Arts and Science graduates • Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken and written. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Basic Excel Knowledge • Willing to work in US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM)
