🌟 Job Opportunity: Paid Media Specialist
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site (4 Days WFO, 1 Day WFH)
💰 Salary: As per industry standards
📅 Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Mandatory Criteria :
● Prior experience working in a Media/Advertising Agency
● Proven experience managing end-to-end paid media accounts
● Strong exposure to D2C or product-selling campaigns (not limited to lead generation)
● Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics
● Strong understanding of the Indian digital advertising market
● Demonstrated client management and communication skills
● Experience handling multiple clients and campaign budgets at scale
Responsibilities:
Own and manage end-to-end paid media accounts across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on product sales
Work closely with clients to understand business goals and translate them into media strategies
Manage campaign budgets, scaling strategies, and performance optimization
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools
Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, landing pages, and performance improvements
Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients
Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring delivery of campaign KPIs
Qualification & Skills:
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing within a media agency environment
Experience managing ecommerce or D2C product campaigns
Strong understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversion optimization
Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Ability to balance campaign execution with client servicing responsibilities
