The role involves overseeing and managing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic goals, leading and motivating teams, enhancing customer experience, and driving business growth in the premium and luxury car segment. The leader will be responsible for ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, addressing challenges proactively, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications • Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams effectively • Strategy development, business planning, and operational management expertise • Strong customer relationship management skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences • Experience in the premium or luxury automobile industry with knowledge of market trends, competition, and sales strategies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work on-site in Surat, with a hands-on approach to achieving strategic and operational objectives • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or related field; an MBA is preferred
