Computer Operator We are inviting applications for the post of Computer Operator for our B.Ed College, which has been successfully running for more than 15 years. Location Annie Besant Road, opposite Patna College, near Primus Hospital, Patna. Preferred Candidate Profile We strongly prefer experienced candidates who have previously worked in educational institutions, especially schools, colleges, or universities. Required Skills & Responsibilities • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer operations • Strong experience in internet browsing, including: • Applying online forms through government/educational portals • Regularly checking official websites for notifications, dates, and updates • Downloading and uploading large files/documents without errors • Ability to handle office documentation related to academic and administrative work • Typing Speed Requirement: • English: Minimum 40 WPM • Hindi: Minimum 30–35 WPM • Basic knowledge of computer hardware • Ability to identify and troubleshoot common system issues (printer, system errors, connectivity, etc.) • Must be responsible, attentive, and regular in work Working Hours • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM • 8 hours daily • Monday to Saturday Important Note This position requires practical experience and hands-on knowledge.
