Role Description This is a full-time on-site Teaching Assistant role at Natraj Juniors School, located in Girwa. The Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in planning and executing lessons, assist in managing classroom activities, and provide individualized attention to students. Additional responsibilities include helping students with their educational needs, maintaining a positive learning environment, and collaborating with educators to implement effective teaching methods. Qualifications - Proficiency in Assistant Teaching and experience in supporting classroom activities effectively - Robust Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Background in Education, with an understanding of early childhood or primary education principles - Ability to teach Mathematics and assist with curriculum-related activities - Passion for Working With Children and fostering their growth and development - Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude - Relevant certifications or experience in teaching or education is preferred
