Medical Transcriptionist/Scribe (Sarjapura)

- Transcribe radiology dictations including: - Obstetric Ultrasound (Anomaly scan, NT scan, Growth scan) - Gynecology scans - Fetal Doppler studies - Pediatric Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, and MRI reports - Neonatal imaging reports - Ensure correct usage of obstetric and pediatric medical terminology. - Maintain proper formatting and standard reporting templates. - Coordinate with radiologists for clarification when required. - Upload finalized reports into HIS / RIS / PACS systems. - Ensure strict adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT). - Maintain confidentiality of maternal and child health records. - Follow hospital quality and documentation protocols.
