Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing: Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding to ensure top talent acquisition Employee Relations & Policies: Bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and developing/implementing company policies Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations Performance & Development: Managing performance appraisal systems, implementing training programs, and driving career development initiatives Compensation & Advantages: Administering payroll, perks programs, and compensation structures to retain staff Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support company growth Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: Proven experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, or similar role Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and leadership skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (often required) Certification: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is often preferred.
