Crew Executive (Hr Executive)

We are seeking a Crew Executive to oversee crew management, documentation, and deployment for vessels. Key Responsibilities: • Handle crew recruitment, placement, and scheduling for vessels. • Ensure crew members have valid certifications, visas, and travel documents. • Maintain updated crew records, contracts, and payroll details. • Coordinate with port agents, shipowners, and government authorities for crew changes. • Provide logistical support for crew travel and accommodation. • Address crew grievances and ensure their well-being and safety on board. • Monitor crew performance and provide reports to the management. Training will be provided to everyone Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
