Job Title: Marketing Executive / Driver Mobilization & Placement Specialist (Freelancer) Job Type: Freelance / Performance-Based Role Overview: We are looking for freelancers to identify, mobilize, and place taxi drivers. The role involves sourcing candidates, ensuring they meet license requirements, enrolling them in driving training, and supporting their placement. Key Responsibilities: • Source 5+ driver candidates daily interested in taxi driving. • Verify Driving License issued June 2025 or later. • Enroll candidates in the partner driving school training program. • Assist with documentation, KYC, and onboarding. • Support candidates in loan documentation for vehicle purchase. Compensation: • ₹500 per successful candidate placement • Performance-based earning (no fixed salary) Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
