As a Marketing & Admin Executive at Navkar Metal India, your role will involve managing office administration tasks and driving marketing initiatives to promote stainless steel and non-ferrous product lines effectively. You will play a crucial role in bridging internal operations with external market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing & Sales Support: - Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in industries such as construction, dairy equipment, and automotive. - Collateral Management: Coordinate the creation of product catalogs, technical data sheets, and price lists for stainless steel sheets, pipes, and bars. - Digital Presence: Maintain the companys profile on B2B platforms like TradeIndia and IndiaMART, and update the website with new product launches. - Inquiry Handling: Respond to initial customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on pending leads. - Office Administration: - Documentation: Maintain systematic records of invoices, purchase orders, and GST-related documentation. - Vendor Coordination: Liaise with logistics partners and raw material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch. - Front Office: Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor greetings at the registered office. - Inventory Tracking: Assist the warehouse team in maintaining accurate records of stock levels including coils, plates, and fittings. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 13 years of experience in an admin or marketing role (experience in the metal or manufacturing industry is a significant plus). - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for maintaining price lists. - Familiarity with Tally or similar ERP software is preferred. - Soft Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). - Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
