Job Title: Customer Care Executive (CCE)Job Summary: The Customer Care Executive (CCE) will be responsible for providing technical and service support to client schools, ensuring smooth software installation, regular service visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves coordination with internal teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Job Specifications: • Qualification: Graduation or knowledge of hardware and networking • Specialization: Not required • Relevant Experience: Experience in hardware networking / software installation preferred • Total Experience: 1–6 years • Salary Range: As per company standards Key Responsibilities: • Software Installation: Install and configure software solutions at client schools and ensure proper functioning. • Service Visits: Conduct regular service visits to client schools for maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. • Customer Account Monitoring: Monitor customer accounts regularly and ensure compliance with agreed terms from both the company and clients. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities, teachers, and coordinators. • Coordination: Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely and effective support to customers. • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Reporting: Maintain service reports and update the status of installations, visits, and customer feedback.
