Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a WordPress and Shopify Developer located in Kolkata, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress and Shopify platforms tailored to client needs. Daily tasks include designing and developing themes, implementing new features and functionalities, ensuring performance and reliability, conducting quality assurance tests, and resolving technical issues to enhance user experience. Qualifications • Proficient in WordPress and Shopify development, including theme customization and plugin integrations. • Strong understanding of web development tools and languages, such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. • Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing website performance. • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility. • Familiarity with digital eCommerce operations and best practices is highly desirable. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
