We are expanding into Data Analytics and Data Science and looking to build strong hiring partnerships across India. ⸻ 🧠 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist who has strong industry connections in: • Data Science companies • Data Analytics firms • Digital Marketing agencies • E-commerce companies • Startups hiring freshers The primary goal is to build placement pipelines for freshers and create long-term hiring partnerships. ⸻ 🔥 Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Industry Network Building • Build and maintain relationships with HRs, founders, and hiring managers. • Generate placement tie-ups with companies hiring freshers. • Organize placement drives (online/offline). 2️⃣ Hiring & Placement Coordination • Share student profiles with companies. • Coordinate interviews and feedback. • Track placement pipeline and hiring ratios. 3️⃣ Market Intelligence • Track hiring trends in: • Data Analytics • Data Science • Digital Marketing • E-commerce Analytics • Identify skill gaps and share feedback with academic team. 4️⃣ Employer Branding • Represent NDMIT in job fairs and networking events. • Build LinkedIn networking funnels. • Create hiring partnerships for internships. ⸻ 🎓 Required Qualifications • 2–5 years experience in HR / Talent Acquisition. • Strong network in: • Analytics companies • Marketing agencies • Startups • Experience hiring freshers is a big plus. • Active LinkedIn presence preferred. ⸻ 💡 Preferred Background • Worked in: • IT Recruitment • Marketing Recruitment • Analytics Hiring • Understanding of: • Excel, SQL, Power BI roles • Performance Marketing roles • SEO / Social Media roles ⸻ 📊 KPIs (Performance Indicators) • Number of active hiring partners added per month • Number of interviews scheduled • Placement conversion rate • Internship tie-ups created
