AI-SEO Specialist (Andheri)

We are looking for a Mumbai-based, highly experienced AI-SEO professional with deep expertise across traditional SEO and next-generation AI-SEO. This role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, implement, and scale AI-SEO and AI-driven visibility strategies across multiple websites. You will be responsible for end-to-end SEO ownership, including implementation of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM optimization, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Own and execute a complete AI-SEO strategy across multiple websites and digital properties - Perform hands-on AI-SEO implementation, including: - On-page optimization (content structure, internal linking, schema, EEAT signals) - Off-page SEO (authority building, link strategies, brand signals) - Technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals) - Lead and execute AI-SEO initiatives, including: - AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) - GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) - Optimization for LLMs and AI-driven search experiences - Optimize content and entities for visibility in AI Overviews, LLM responses, and conversational search - Work extensively with SEO tools and AI-SEO platforms for research, audits, automation, and insights - Monitor algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and industry trends; proactively adapt strategies - Manage and scale multiple SEO and AI-SEO projects independently - Conduct regular performance analysis, reporting, and strategic reviews with stakeholders - Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented correctly Mandatory Skills & Expertise - Complete proficiency in SEO: - On-page, off-page, and technical SEO - Complete knowledge of all major SEO tools and AI-powered SEO tools - Proven ability to personally execute SEO implementations on websites (not just strategy or audits) - In-depth, hands-on experience with AI SEO, including: - AEO and GEO - LLM optimization and AI search visibility - Strong understanding of how search engines and LLMs interpret, rank, and surface content - Up-to-date knowledge of latest SEO, AI SEO, and search trends - Ability to manage multiple websites and AI SEO initiatives simultaneously Behavioural & Professional Requirements - Ability to work with self-supervision and minimal oversight - Solid sense of accountability and ownership - High level of responsibility and execution discipline - Good English communication skills (written and verbal) - Comfortable working in a remote-first setup with occasional travel for meetings and reviews (Mumbai-based) Who This Role Is For - A senior SEO professional who has moved beyond traditional SEO - Someone who understands that search is now AI-led, conversational, and entity-driven - An individual contributor who can operate like an owner and deliver results independently Salary - In line with industry benchmarks - Not a constraint for the right candidate Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience: - SEO: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra
