Business Analyst (Data Analysis)

In this role as a Business Analyst based in Mumbai at the Worli office, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between UK business stakeholders and technical teams. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating requirement gathering sessions, preparing detailed business requirement documents (BRD), and supporting Product Owners in defining product roadmaps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile/Scrum methodology activities, and ensure business requirements are correctly implemented by the technical teams. Additionally, you will be involved in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a liaison between UK business stakeholders and technical teams - Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops with UK Product Owners - Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories - Support Product Owners in defining product roadmaps and backlog prioritization - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and UX - Participate in Agile/Scrum methodology activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews - Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for changes/enhancements - Ensure correct implementation of business requirements by technical teams - Support stakeholders during UAT cycles - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner • *Qualification Required:** - Education: Graduate - Relevant Experience: Up to 6 years - Industry/Technology Background: No specific domain In this role, you will need to have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with international or UK clients. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with UK stakeholders. Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps Board and JIRA, experience with databases, and the ability to create user stories, process flows, and wireframes are also required.
