Finance Content Writer
Neo Wealth and Asset Management

Content Writer — Markets & Money (For the exceptionally curious. The unapologetically obsessed.)
Let’s be clear upfront: this role is not for everyone .
We are looking for exceptional individuals—people who eat, dream, and breathe markets. People who read balance sheets for fun, who follow global macro like it’s sport, who get excited by inflection points, regime shifts, and asymmetric bets. If you’re a little bonkers, think differently, and want to make it big—read on.
The Opportunity
You will work at the intersection of finance, content, and insight—helping us shape sharp, original, high-signal narratives around markets, businesses, and money. This is not templated SEO writing. This is about thinking, spotting, synthesizing, and expressing.
What You’ll Do
• Write compelling, original content on financial markets, companies, macro trends, and investing ideas
• Track and interpret market trends, news flow, data, and narratives
• Identify early signals, opportunities, and under-appreciated angles
• Translate complex financial ideas into clear, engaging, high-impact writing
• Read—a lot. Reports, books, filings, newsletters, history, and opinions
• Work closely with senior team members to sharpen thinking, tone, and judgement
What We’re Looking For
• Educational background in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience
• A voracious reader with genuine intellectual hunger
• Strong command over English—clarity, structure, and voice matter
• A natural instinct for connecting dots and spotting patterns
• Deep curiosity about markets, investing, and how the world really works
• A published writing portfolio (blogs, articles, Substack, Medium, student publications, etc.) will add significant heft
What Will Set You Apart
• You already have opinions—and can defend them
• You follow markets beyond headlines
• You think in first principles, not templates
• You are obsessed with getting better—at writing and at thinking
What This Is (and Isn’t)
• This is a high-learning, high-expectation environment
• This isn’t a casual workplace or a stepping stone for the indifferent
• This is for people who want to build something meaningful—and build themselves in the process
The Upside
• A genuine 0→1 build — you won’t optimize an existing machine. You’ll help design it. Voice, frameworks, formats, intellectual property — built from first principles.
• Creative leverage in markets — if you have a creative bent of mind, this is where finance meets narrative architecture. You won’t just interpret trends; you’ll shape how they’re understood.
• Accelerated learning curve — you’ll read more, think harder, and write better in six months than most do in two years.
• Intellectual growth — daily exposure to markets, macro shifts, business models, and capital allocation thinking. Expect to sharpen judgement, not just writing.
• Platform-building opportunity — strong work won’t remain buried. The right ideas get distribution, visibility, and long-term brand equity.
