Job Title Senior consultant Recruitment – US Healthcare (Data & Analytics) Experience 8–12 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Analytics (Mandatory experience in US Healthcare hiring) Employment Type Part time / Consulting Location Gurugram Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Consultant– Recruitment US Healthcare/ BPO Hiring (Data & Analytics) to lead data-driven recruitment strategies for US Healthcare roles. This role will focus on managing hiring data, recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and optimizing talent acquisition performance across clinical, non-clinical, and revenue cycle roles. Key Responsibilities US Healthcare Recruitment Strategy Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for US Healthcare hiring in India (RCM, Medical Coding, Billing, AR, Providers, Clinical & Non-clinical roles) Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and workforce plans Drive scalable hiring models for volume and specialized healthcare roles Hiring Data & Analytics Own recruitment data, dashboards, and MIS reporting for healthcare hiring Track and analyze key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition Build predictive hiring and workforce analytics models Ensure data integrity across ATS, HRMS, and reporting systems’ Process Optimization & Governance Use data insights to improve sourcing efficiency, recruiter productivity, and hiring outcomes Standardize recruitment processes and KPIs across healthcare programs Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and data privacy norms Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams Manage recruitment vendors and staffing partners for US Healthcare hiring Present hiring analytics and insights to senior leadership Required Skills & Experience 8–12 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment Strong expertise in recruitment data, analytics, and MIS reporting Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and hiring dashboards Deep understanding of US Healthcare talent market and compliance requirements Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications MBA / PGDM in HR, Analytics, or Healthcare Management Experience in Healthcare BPO / KPO / RCM organizations Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel Powered by JazzHR
