The role includes delivering high-quality customer service, managing daily operations, overseeing budgeting and sales tasks, and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities in the Food and Beverage sector. Responsibilities also include front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and contributing to an excellent guest experience. Qualifications • Customer Service and Receptionist Duties: Strong ability to manage guest inquiries, provide professional service, and create seamless customer experiences. • Budgeting and Sales: Competence in financial planning, monitoring budgets, and driving sales performance. • Knowledge of Food & Beverage: Strong foundation and interest in the Food and Beverage sector, including service standards and practices. • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment with enthusiasm for working in hospitality settings. • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is required.
