About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work directly with client leadership teams to understand business challenges, operational gaps, and growth priorities 2. Draw meaningful insights from business data and provide clear, actionable recommendations to client leadership teams 3. Design and implement structured KPI tracking systems; regularly follow up with clients to ensure performance monitoring and improvement 4. Build and manage BI dashboards and reports using Excel or other dashboard tools to enable data-driven decision-making 5. Apply basic financial understanding (revenue, costs, margins) to support performance analysis deep financial modeling is not required 6. BBA Graduate - Fresher (Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field) 2. Basic understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and projections 3. Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, metrics, and structured data 4. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (mandatory); experience with BI or dashboard tools is a plus 5. Ability to interpret business performance data and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations. AI enthusiast is a plus 6. Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking approach 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills 8. Strong soft skills, including multitasking, ownership, leadership potential, and stakeholder coordination 9.
