Location: Navi Mumbai (Global Coverage – Middle East & Africa)- Hybrid Function: International Sales | Marine & Oil & Gas | Engineering Solutions CTC: Competitive pay Reporting to: VP – Sales Neptunus Power Plant Services is expanding its sales team to drive high-value technical sales across Oil & Gas Upstream markets, with exposure to Marine, Offshore, and Engine Spares as well. This role is critical to our global growth strategy and focuses on direct end-customer sales, strategic account expansion, and complex deal closures. Role Purpose You will lead international sales initiatives across E&P; operators, drilling contractors, rig owners, EPCs, and offshore service providers, positioning Neptunus as a trusted engineering, reliability, and condition monitoring partner. The role goes beyond transactional selling and requires consultative, value-based engagement with technical and commercial decision-makers. Key Responsibilities - Deliver ₹30- ₹50 Cr+ revenue in Year 1 through upstream-focused engine spares, services, and reliability solutions - Build and maintain a 3–4× sales pipeline across MEA upstream markets - Drive direct sales to end customers (E&P;, drilling contractors, rig operators, EPCs) - Develop and grow strategic accounts, converting large customers into long-term high-value partners - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across engine spares, rotating equipment, CBM & reliability services - Manage long-cycle, high-ticket 50 lakhs- ₹1 Cr+ B2B technical sales deals - Collaborate closely with technical, service, and delivery teams to close and execute complex solutions - Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline governance - Mentor and review performance of junior sales / inside sales team members Ideal Candidate Profile (Must-Have) - 5-12 years of B2B technical sales experience in Marine or Oil & Gas Upstream (primary) - Strong exposure to upstream assets and equipment: rotating equipment, engines, compressors, pumps, turbines, power packs, wellhead / rig-related systems - Proven track record of direct end-customer sales (not dealer-driven) - Experience selling to E&P; operators, drilling contractors, rig owners, EPCs, offshore service companies - Hands-on international sales exposure across Middle East / Africa / Europe - Strong understanding of RFQs, tenders, negotiations, Incoterms, documentation & international trade practices - Ability to close large, complex, technically driven deals Secondary Preference (Nice to Have) - Exposure to Marine / Offshore / Ship Management customers - Experience in engine spares, propulsion systems, thrusters, CPP/FPP, turbochargers, governors, bearings, liners - Familiarity with OEM ecosystems such as MAN, Wärtsilä, Caterpillar, MTU, Niigata, EMD, Kawasaki, Daihatsu Key Skills & Behaviors - Solid consultative and value-based selling mindset - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - High ownership, follow-up discipline, and resilience in long sales cycles - Commercial acumen with ability to protect margins - Integrity-driven, customer-centric, and execution-focused Why Join Neptunus - Be part of a company transforming maintenance through data-driven reliability - Work on global upstream and offshore projects with real customer impact - Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic accounts - Competitive compensation, performance rewards, and long-term growth opportunities
