ERPNext Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

We’re Hiring: ERPNext Functional Consultant / Business Analyst Location: Mohali / Chandigarh Experience: 3+ Years Company: NestorBird We are looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant who can translate business processes into efficient ERP configurations. If you enjoy working closely with users, configuring systems, and ensuring smooth ERP implementations, we would love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements • Configure ERPNext modules – Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts & HR • Define workflows, approval processes, and user roles • Prepare master data (Items, Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts) • Create SOPs, user manuals, and training documentation • Conduct end-user training sessions • Support UAT and resolve functional issues • Assist in data migration • Coordinate between client stakeholders and the development team Required Skills ✔ Strong understanding of accounting flow (Order → Invoice → Payment) ✔ Knowledge of inventory and stock movement processes ✔ Experience in ERP configuration ✔ Good documentation and communication skills ✔ Exposure to wireframing tools like Figma Additional Requirement • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with ERPNext is mandatory Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Experience: • ERPNext: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
