Job Title: Head of Marketing – IT Services (Global Demand Gen) Location: Chandigarh / NCR Experience: 12–15 years (B2B; IT Services strongly preferred) Reporting to: IT Services Division Leadership (SVP/Business Head) Team: Demand Gen + Content/SEO + Performance + Marketing Ops (in-house + agencies) Role Summary NetSmartz is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to build and scale a predictable global demand engine for our IT Services division (Software Engineering, AI, QA & Testing, Cybersecurity, Data,etc.). This role owns the full funnel—from positioning and campaigns to MQL → SQL → pipeline—and partners tightly with sales to deliver measurable revenue impact across North America and the Middle East. We’re looking for someone who has built B2B services pipeline before and who actively uses AI tools and automation to increase speed, quality, personalization, and ROI across marketing execution and operations. Key Outcomes (What success looks like) Within the first 3–6 months, you will: • Build a repeatable engine that consistently produces qualified pipeline (not just leads) • Improve brand visibility + authority in priority service lines and verticals • Establish strong marketing ops + reporting across HubSpot/CRM and campaign attribution • Deploy AI-assisted workflows for faster campaign execution, deeper personalization, and better funnel conversion Key Responsibilities 1) Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership (Core) • Own end-to-end demand gen across inbound, outbound support, partner, and events • Build multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs, SQLs, meetings, and pipeline • Define ICPs, personas, segmentation, and offers (workshops, assessments, POVs, accelerators) • Design and operationalize ABM (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) for enterprise and upper mid-market accounts • Partner with sales leadership on SLA definitions, routing, follow-up discipline, and conversion 2) Performance Marketing (Paid + Conversion) • Run paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, and niche channels • Improve conversion rates across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture sequences • Own CAC, CPL, CPQL and channel ROI with weekly optimization cadence 3) Content, SEO & Thought Leadership • Own SEO strategy: keyword mapping by service line, technical SEO, content hubs, link-building • Build a content machine: case studies, one-pagers, POVs, webinars, email sequences • Create clear positioning and messaging for offerings and vertical plays 4) AI-Enabled Marketing Execution • Use AI tools to accelerate and improve: • Campaign ideation, audience research, messaging variants, and creative briefs • Content outlines, first drafts, repurposing, and localization for global markets • ABM personalization at scale (account research, intent signals, tailored copy) • Funnel diagnostics and performance insights (faster analysis and decision-making) • Implement guardrails: brand tone, quality control, compliance, and review process for AI-generated assets • Drive adoption of AI workflows across the marketing team to improve productivity and output quality 5) GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement • Drive GTM launches for new offerings/geographies/vertical solutions • Build sales enablement assets: decks, battle cards, industry POVs, sequences • Enable partner GTM with Salesforce/ServiceNow/cloud alliances (co-marketing kits, joint webinars) 6) Events & Webinars • Build a predictable webinar/event engine (educational + conversion-driven) • Execute conferences/trade events and community programs with measurable follow-up motion 7) Marketing Operations, Analytics & Governance • Own the martech stack (HubSpot + CRM + reporting + data hygiene) • Establish dashboards: MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, velocity • Create a weekly operating rhythm: performance reviews, funnel diagnostics, experiment backlog 8) Leadership & Team Building • Build/lead a high-performing team (in-house + agencies) • Coach execution, enforce accountability, ensure high-quality outputs at speed Required Experience & Skills • 12–15 years in B2B marketing; substantial experience in IT Services / Tech Services preferred • Proven success building demand gen for US/Canada/MENA markets with measurable pipeline impact • Strong expertise in ABM, paid acquisition, SEO/content, marketing automation, and attribution • Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing workflows, such as: • GenAI for content and campaign production (prompting, QA, brand alignment) • AI-assisted research, account insights, and personalization at scale • AI-supported analytics for faster performance insights and experimentation • Strong operational rigor: forecasting, dashboards, experimentation, funnel reviews • Excellent communication and stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications • MBA (Marketing/Strategy) a plus • Certifications: HubSpot / Google Ads / LinkedIn / GA4 (plus) • Experience marketing services such as: AI/ML, Data, QA Automation, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Salesforce/ServiceNow • Experience deploying AI across marketing ops (e.g., AI-based enrichment, scoring support, content QA workflows)
