- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Install and configure software and hardware as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff for further assistance.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Previous experience in providing IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows and other operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
