Position Summary New Era School of Excellence is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that promote student achievement and foster a positive classroom culture. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons. • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. • Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects. • Provide timely feedback to students and parents. • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. • Maintain accurate student records and attendance. • Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success. • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. • Integrate technology effectively into classroom instruction. • Uphold school policies, values, and professional standards. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Valid teaching certification/license (as applicable). • Proven teaching experience preferred. • Strong classroom management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students. • Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools.
