Booking Agent (India)

Job Description: - Handle bus bookings. - Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide travel information. - Manage booking requests through phone calls and WhatsApp. - Maintain daily booking records and customer details. - Provide support to customers regarding travel schedules and packages. - Coordinate with travel partners and booking platforms. Requirements: - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. - Basic computer knowledge is required. - Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi. - Experience in travel booking or ticketing will be preferred. - Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
