Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor at New Roots Hair Clinic Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Medical Doctor will perform hair loss diagnoses, recommend suitable treatment plans, and conduct non-surgical procedures for patients. They will consult with clients, ensure the quality administration of treatments, and track patient progress to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, the role requires maintaining detailed medical records and ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and standards. Qualifications • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) along with a valid license to practice medicine • Knowledge of dermatology, trichology, and non-surgical hair restoration therapies • Proficiency in patient consultation and building rapport to understand individual needs • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to recommend evidence-based treatment solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to manage treatment plans • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to healthcare standards • Previous clinic or healthcare experience is considered a plus
