The Visa Counselor will assist clients with their visa processes, providing accurate guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating client profiles, guiding them through visa documentation requirements, communicating with embassies and consulates when necessary, and staying updated with visa policies and international education regulations. The role also involves building strong client relationships and addressing specific concerns or queries professionally. Qualifications • Expertise in Visa Application Processes, International Policies, and Documentation • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for Client Interaction • Knowledge of Counseling Techniques and Experience in Educational Guidance • Proficiency in Research, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently and Work in a Team-Oriented Environment • Familiarity with using Office Software and Basic Digital Tools • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; experience in visa counseling or consultancy is an advantage
