Restaurant Training manager

Job Title: Restaurant trainer Location: Trichy 9am to 8pm Someone from Restaurent/hospitality industry good to have We are looking for Restaurant trainer The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating POS systems, payment gateways, inventory systems, kitchen display systems, online ordering platforms, and third-party delivery services to ensure seamless restaurant operations. • System Implementation & Integration • Training & Change Management • SOP Development & Documentation • Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence • Implement Petpooja modules (Billing, KDS, Inventory, Captain App, Self-Order Kiosk, Token System, Scan & Order, Digital Display, Payroll, Tasks). Train non-technical staff and ensure adoption discipline. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. • Freshers from Hotel management can apply • 2–4 years of experience in restaurant systems implementation, POS operations, or process improvement roles. • Willingness to travel between Trichy, Thanjavur, and Kumbakonam units Interested share CV to placements@newtron.in Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: • Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu (Thanjavur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: • Restaurant management: 4 years (Required) Willingness to travel: • 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
