Odoo Developer (Backend / Full Stack)

Job Title: Odoo Developer (Backend / Full Stack) Location: Remote Experience: 3–8 years Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Description We are hiring an Odoo Developer who understands Odoo beyond configuration. This role requires strong Python-driven customization, clean module development, and real implementation experience across business processes. If your experience is limited to form tweaks and basic workflows, this role is not for you. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (backend & frontend) • Develop and extend Odoo models using Python (ORM) • Customize views, workflows, reports, and business logic • Integrate Odoo with external systems using REST / XML-RPC / APIs • Handle data migration, upgrades, and performance tuning • Debug complex issues across server-side and client-side components • Work directly with functional consultants and business stakeholders • Ensure code quality, security, and scalability Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience • Strong proficiency in Python • Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, Models, Views, Controllers • Experience with PostgreSQL • Knowledge of Odoo JS framework and QWeb templates • Experience with Odoo.sh or self-hosted deployments • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Linux environments Good to Have • Experience with Odoo v14–v17 • Prior work on ERP modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, HR) • Experience in multi-company and multi-currency setups • Exposure to performance optimization at scale What We Offer • Real implementation ownership (not support-only work) • Exposure to end-to-end ERP projects • Competitive compensation aligned with actual skill level • Long-term growth into Lead / Solution Architect roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
