Senior Recruitment Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building relationships with clients and candidates, identifying and sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and providing recruitment consulting services. Additionally, the Recruitment Consultant will work collaboratively with clients to meet their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Qualifications • Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting methodologies to identify and attract top talent. • Expertise in Consulting, including identifying client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. • Experience in Interviewing skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively. • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and candidates. • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization. • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in the recruitment or staffing industry would be an advantage.
