WebGL / 3D Web Developer (Full Stack)

Experience: 2–5 Years Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Role Overview We are seeking a WebGL / 3D Web Developer to build immersive, browser-based 3D experiences using modern web technologies. The role involves developing interactive environments, UI integrations, and performance-optimized WebGL applications. Experience with PlayCanvas or similar WebGL frameworks is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • Develop interactive 3D WebGL environments for browser-based applications • Build a virtual campus experience including auditorium and breakout spaces • Implement user navigation and camera controls (keyboard, mouse, touch) • Integrate livestream video and media content into 3D scenes • Develop UI components using React (registration, dashboards, media access) • Work with avatar rendering and basic animation systems • Optimize performance to ensure smooth frame rates across devices • Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) • Support responsive behavior for mobile and desktop platforms Required Skills • Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript • Experience with WebGL frameworks (Play Canvas, or Babylon.js) • Solid understanding of 3D concepts (transformations, camera systems, vectors) • Experience with React and modern frontend development • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Preferred Skills • Shader programming (GLSL) • Exposure to game engines such as Unity or Unreal • Experience with real-time or multiplayer systems • Basic familiarity with 3D tools like Blender or Maya • Interest in XR (AR / VR / MR) projects Why Join Us • Work on cutting-edge 3D & WebGL-based products • Opportunity to build large-scale interactive web experiences • Remote-first work culture • High ownership and learning potential Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
