Job Type: Contract (2 Months) Work Schedule: 20 Hours per Week Location: Remote Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Subject Matter Expert to review, assess, and optimize an existing NetSuite implementation. Key Responsibilities • Review and assess the current NetSuite setup, configurations, and system architecture. • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize financial, inventory, and operational workflows. • Evaluate data structure, chart of accounts, item setup, and master data to ensure accuracy and scalability. • Improve reporting, dashboards, and insights for leadership and operational teams. • Review integrations between NetSuite, POS systems, and the company’s eCommerce platform. • Recommend and implement best practices for system governance, data hygiene, and process standardization. • Develop a prioritized roadmap for NetSuite optimization aligned with business growth and future M&A readiness. Mandatory Requirements • 6+years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite implementation or consulting experience • Strong experience with multi-location retail environments • Deep knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting in NetSuite • Experience reviewing and improving existing NetSuite implementations • Experience preparing systems for M&A readiness or operational scaling • Familiarity with NetSuite integrations with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
