Roles and Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS Cloud to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services, supporting integrations, and driving system migration initiatives. This role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using TypeScript and Node.js • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Support system integrations, third-party connections, and migration activities • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver features • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and reliability • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making • Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of backend development experience • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js • Solid experience designing and building REST APIs • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Experience working with AWS cloud services, including: • AWS Lambda • API Gateway • DynamoDB • Amazon S3 • ECS / Fargate (preferred)
