SRAM Senior / Staff / Principal - Design Engineers

NextICRON Technologies is expanding its memory design team and looking for experienced engineers to work on SRAM and memory compiler development. Location: Flexible | Full-time | Bangalore Role • Design and develop SRAM / ROM / Register File memory compilers • Work on design margins and assist circuits • Perform timing and power characterization • Deliver physical and timing views (LEF, GDS, Liberty, Verilog) • Improve compiler automation flows Experience • 3–12 years in SRAM / memory design or compiler development • Strong understanding of memory architecture and design margins • Experience with characterization and memory collaterals • Familiar with Cadence / Synopsys / Calibre tools If you’re passionate about memory design and want to be part of an innovative team driving the future of semiconductors, we’d love to hear from you!
