Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support evaluation and annotation workflows with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and structured reasoning. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with digital tools, performing side-by-side (Sx S) evaluations, and providing clear, evidence-based justifications through fact-checking and analytical comparison. Key Responsibilities Perform side-by-side (Sx S) evaluations on GHD by comparing outputs and assessing quality, accuracy, and relevance. Conduct thorough fact-checking to validate information and identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies. Provide detailed, well-structured, and objective justifications to support evaluation decisions. Follow established evaluation guidelines and quality standards consistently. Utilize browser-based tools and extensions to support analysis and review tasks. Execute simple command-line instructions as required to support evaluation workflows (no advanced programming required). Document findings clearly and communicate insights to stakeholders when necessary. Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across evaluation tasks. Mandatory Skills Solid comfort using a computer in a professional work environment. Experience working with browser extensions and online tools. Ability to run basic command-line commands (e. G., navigating directories, executing simple instructions). Requirements 1–2 years of experience in evaluation, annotation, QA, audit, business analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail with the ability to justify decisions clearly and objectively. Comfortable working within structured evaluation frameworks and performing comparative analysis. Good written communication skills in English.
