Job Description
2-5 years experience supporting and administering Service Now platform.
Strong troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
IT-related degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with ServiceNow platform modules, workflow configuration, and contracts module.
Experience with adding fields and workflows to forms used for Requests and Incidents.
Certifications like ServiceNow Certified System Administrator are highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. These skills ensure timely resolution of technical problems and drive efficient use of the ServiceNow platform across the organization.
Willing to cross train to support Managed Engine.
