Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws) Oversee performance appraisal and employee engagement activities Resolve employee grievances and maintain discipline Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and audits Support training and development initiatives Requirements: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field 58 years of experience in HR operations Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
