Description Job Title : AI/ML Engineer Experience : 3+ Years Location : Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar (GIFT City) Employment Type : Full-time About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and building scalable AI systems to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications. • Build and optimize AI-driven solutions using modern ML frameworks and tools. • Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training. • Implement NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models based on business requirements. • Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines and APIs for model deployment. • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems. • Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Required Skills • Strong programming skills in Python. • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. • Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI. • Experience with data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Spark. • Familiarity with model deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, or Flask. • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Understanding of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. • Experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, or Generative AI applications. • Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. • Experience working in Agile development environments.
