The HR Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, resolving personnel issues, and supporting overall HR management initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
