For more details, visit our website: http://www.nightingaleseldercare.com NMT invites applications from dynamic individuals with a sense of commitment and passion to work for the elderly and join a multidisciplinary team as Janitor (housekeeping staff) Responsibilities : Day duty janitor’s –Task Dusting of all windows, Mirror, Patient’s side cupboards, Lobby area including behind the sofa/chair, Cleaning the table after meals/ tea and snacks, Wiping residents chair ( once daily) Removing and clearing of trashes. Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms. Following instructions given by the Superior. Sweeping, moping, and vacuuming the floors. Weekly cleaning Task: Cobweb removing – inside the bathroom, residents room, corridor, lobby area and staircase space. Water taps to be scrubbed (15 days once) Dustbins/ buckets/ dippers deep wash Cleaning of Bathroom walls Canteen scrubbing Deep cleaning of Dining Hall Cleaning of Wardrobe Scrubbing of Activity area (weekly twice ) Washing of courtyard –chairs ( 10 days once) Washing of Wheel chair (Monthly once) Monthly cleaning –Task Dusting of Ceiling /pedestal fan Cleaning of Switch board Floor scrubbing (All Floors) Kitchen scrubbing Fish tank (as and when required) Cleaning of Ramp Cleaning of Terrace Fumigation (On Needed basis) Hostel Cleaning Washing of Terrace- 5 Tank Deep Cleaning Task – NCAA Staff / Visitors Toilet Front office / Back Office Visitors Lounge Training Block Training Block Toilet Laundry Janitors who are assigned for Laundry will be responsible for all Laundry related task like washing, Drying and Folding of clothes etc. Responsibility of Night Duty Janitor’s - Cleaning Corridor and walls (Every fortnight) Cleaning and Washing of Water dispenser (Weekly once) Cleaning of Nursing station cabins (Weekly once) Staff toilet Deep cleaning (Weekly once) Washing of Chairs on floor (Weekly once) Washing of all Dustbins (Weekly once) Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
